College Consultation Program!

Metzger Soccer College Consultation Program is led by Aaron Metzger  who, over the past 30 years, has helped place players in collegiate soccer programs.  As a result, we have the college contacts, the experience and the know how to effectively market you to the appropriate institutions. Our program will guide you through the recruiting process every step of the way.

We will help with:

• Finding the appropriate institutions that match your: academic aspirations, economic needs, scholarship opportunities, playing ability, location, etc…
• The recruiting timeline and where you should be in the process relative to your grade in school
• Creating a list of the identified institutions
• Staying organized by helping document everything throughout the process
• How and when to contact these institutions
• We will make contact with institutions on your behalf
• Finding opportunities to play in events that college coaches attend for recruiting purposes (Showcase Events) if needed
• Clarifying NCAA regulations including clearinghouse information
• Explaining the differences between Academic, Athletic and Merit Based scholarships and how they are relevant in the different divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA and Junior College
• The commitment process
• Training that will prepare you for the technical speed, psychological and physical demands of the college game
• Parent meetings to cover any questions (We have been through the process as parents, too!)
